Square Air Lifting Bag
Fire departments typically choose: Hydraulic breaching tool set (combi-tool + spreader + cutter) + petrol pump. Add a reciprocating saw for mixed-material cutting. Typical set: 1 pump + 2 tools + 2 hoses + case. Working pressure 63–73 MPa, cutter force 340–642 kN handles most vehicle posts and pillars.

USAR teams and urban search and rescue USAR units and usar equipment supplier typically select: Electric breaching tools (breaker + cut-off saw + reciprocating saw) + spare batteries. Add air lifting bags for low-profile load movement. Battery tools avoid exhaust in confined spaces. 18 V lithium-ion batteries, 3.6–5.0 Ah, bring 4–6 spare batteries per shift.
Industrial response crews need: Rescue cutting tools (concrete saw + metal cutting saw) + lifting jacks. Industrial sites often involve machinery entrapment, concrete structures and heavy metal. Concrete saw 2000 W / 350 mm blade handles floors and walls; hydraulic jack 5–50 ton lifts machinery.

Confined space teams should equip with: Winch tripod system (aluminum tripod + electric or manual winch + harness + pulley set) + compact electric tools. Tripod 1.5–3 m adjustable height, 10–30 kN load rating. Add air lifting bags if load movement is needed inside the space.

Highway rescue units prefer: Hydraulic breaching tool set (combi-tool is most versatile) + rescue cutting tools (for guardrail and signpost cutting) + lifting jacks. Combi-tool combines cutting and spreading in one tool, saving space in the rescue vehicle. Add a winch for vehicle stabilization.
Water rescue teams select: Winch tripod system (for swiftwater anchor and hauling) + pneumatic tools (water-resistant) + lifting bags (for debris movement in wet conditions). Pneumatic tools operate on 6–8 bar compressed air and tolerate wet environments. Air lifting bags work on muddy or uneven ground.

Different rescue scenarios require specific tool configurations — compare the options above to match your team's operational needs.
Each application scene demonstrates how our tools perform in real-world conditions.

Parameter |
What it means |
How to choose |
|
Working pressure (MPa/bar) |
Hydraulic system operating pressure. Higher pressure means more force from a smaller tool. |
63 MPa is standard for rescue tools. 73 MPa gives more force in compact models. Match pump pressure to tool rating. |
|
Cutter force (kN) |
Maximum cutting force at the blade. Higher force cuts thicker or harder material. |
120 kN cuts small vehicle parts. 340–642 kN handles heavy vehicle posts, pillars and industrial metal. |
|
Spreading distance (mm) |
Maximum opening width of the spreader arms. |
160 mm for mini tools (confined space). 350–500 mm for full-size spreaders (vehicle doors, dash lifts). |
|
Rated capacity (ton/kN) |
Maximum safe lifting or pulling load. Always use a safety factor of 4:1 or higher. |
5–10 ton for passenger vehicles. 20–50 ton for trucks and machinery. 100+ ton for heavy industrial and structural. |
|
Stroke / lifting height (mm) |
Distance the jack or bag can lift from minimum to maximum height. |
135–200 mm for low-profile. 300–470 mm for standard jacks. Air bags give 74–700 mm depending on size. |
|
Insertion height (mm) |
Minimum gap needed to slide the tool under a load. Critical for air bags. |
20–25 mm for ultra-thin air bags. 50–75 mm for standard bags. Under 25 mm needed for vehicle underbody access. |
|
Tool weight (kg) |
Weight of the tool alone (without pump, hose or battery for hydraulic tools). |
Under 5 kg for single-hand operation. 8–14 kg for two-hand operation. 15–21 kg for heavy cutters (team operation). |
|
Battery voltage / capacity |
Electric tool battery specification. Higher voltage = more power. Higher Ah = longer runtime. |
18 V is standard for rescue electric tools. 54 V brushless motors for high-demand combi-tools. 3.6–5.0 Ah gives 20–40 minutes runtime per battery. |

Every tool set undergoes rigorous quality testing before shipment to ensure reliable performance in the field.
Hydraulic tools deliver higher cutting and spreading force — ideal for fire department hydraulic rescue tools and professional breaching tools, hydraulic breaching tools and breaching tools for firefighters using firefighting tools. Our hydraulic spreader, hydraulic spreader and cutter set, the most popular hydraulic rescue tools combination, hydraulic spreader tool and hydraulic cutter, heavy duty hydraulic cutter and hydraulic spreader set set is widely used for vehicle extrication (340–642 kN) and are ideal for heavy vehicle extrication. They require a pump (petrol or battery) and hoses. Electric tools are more portable, work independently, and are better for building collapse, confined space and urban SAR where exhaust fumes are a concern. Many fire rescue teams carry both for different scenarios.
Our standard hydraulic rescue tools operate at 63 MPa — the same pressure used by professional jaws of life hydraulic tools, also known as jaws of life rescue tools and hydraulic combi tool jaws of life systems (630 bar). High-performance models operate at 73 MPa (730 bar) for greater force in compact designs. The pump must match the tool pressure rating. All tools are pressure-tested at 1.5 times rated pressure for 5 minutes before shipment.
Runtime depends on the tool and usage intensity. A battery powered hydraulic spreader with an 18V battery provides 20-40 minutes of continuous operation. This makes electric hydraulic rescue tools ideal for portable hydraulic rescue tools in remote locations. An 18 V, 5.0 Ah battery typically provides 20–40 minutes of continuous operation for a reciprocating saw, 15–30 minutes for a cut-off saw, and 25–45 minutes for a breaker. We recommend 4–6 spare batteries per tool for a full shift. Battery capacity and runtime are confirmed per model and usage pattern.
Mini spreaders (3.6 kg), reciprocating saws (≤5 kg) and rebar cutters (3.2 kg) are designed for single-person operation. Full-size hydraulic cutters (14–21 kg) and combi-tools (16 kg) are typically operated by two people for safety and efficiency. Tripod and winch systems require a team of at least two trained operators. Tool weight and operation requirements are specified per model.
Ultra-thin square air bags have an insertion height of 20–25 mm, allowing access under vehicles and collapsed structures with very small gaps. Standard square bags have 25–50 mm insertion height. Spherical bags have 70–75 mm insertion height but provide much higher lift capacity (30–180 ton). Choose the bag based on the available gap and required lift force.
Hydraulic rescue tools are manufactured to EN 13204 standard where applicable. Lifting equipment meets EN 1492 and related standards. Personal protective equipment (harnesses, connectors, descenders) meets EN 362, EN 341, EN 795 and related standards. CE marking is applied where required. We can help arrange third-party test reports based on your project requirements. Certification scope is confirmed per product model and destination market.
Lithium-ion batteries are classified as UN3480 (batteries alone) or UN3481 (batteries packed with equipment). They are packed in UN-approved cartons with proper insulation and protection. State of charge is controlled at ≤30% for air freight. MSDS, UN38.3 test report and battery declaration are provided. Battery shipping requirements vary by destination and transport mode; we confirm the exact arrangement per order.

We stock spare parts for all models: hydraulic seals and O-rings, cutting blades (diamond, carbide, abrasive), reciprocating saw blades, carbon brushes for electric tools, battery chargers, hose couplings, air bag repair patches, winch brake pads, and tripod hardware. A recommended spare parts list is provided with each order. Consumable replacement intervals depend on usage frequency and operating conditions.
Yes. OEM logo can be applied by silk-screen printing (on plastic and metal surfaces) or laser engraving (on metal tool bodies and aluminum cases). We require vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF format) for sample sign-off. Logo placement is confirmed per tool model. Custom color is also available for tool bodies, cases and labels. Customization feasibility and lead time are confirmed per project requirement.
Standard items typically ship within 7–15 working days of order confirmation. Custom-configured items (custom colors, logo marking, special rescue tool set and tool combinations) typically take 15–25 working days. Items requiring special certification or testing may take 25–40 working days. Lead time is assessed by product, quantity, configuration and current production schedule. A specification or quantity change requires a new assessment. Final lead time is confirmed per contract.
Hydraulic tools use low-temperature hydraulic fluid for cold environments (down to -30°C depending on fluid specification). Electric tool batteries have reduced runtime in cold weather (below 0°C) — bring extra batteries and keep them insulated. Air lifting bags operate from -40°F to 230°F (-40°C to 110°C) depending on material. Pneumatic tools require moisture separation in cold environments to prevent line freezing. Operating temperature range is specified per model and fluid/battery type.
Each tool comes with a multi-language operation and safety manual (English standard, other languages available on request). The manual covers safety warnings, operation steps, routine maintenance, troubleshooting and spare parts identification. We can also provide video operation guides and maintenance checklists. For large team orders, we can arrange a training session with our technical team (in person or via video call). Training scope is confirmed per project requirement.
Routine maintenance includes: check hydraulic fluid level before each use (top up with specified fluid if low), inspect hoses for cracks or abrasion (replace if damaged), check quick couplings for dirt or damage (clean and lubricate), inspect tool body for cracks or deformation, test function (open/close/cut/spread) before each deployment, change hydraulic fluid every 12 months or after heavy use, store in dry environment at room temperature. A maintenance schedule and checklist are provided with each tool set. Service intervals depend on usage frequency.
Yes. We can configure mixed sets according to your requirement — for example, a set with one hydraulic combi-tool, one electric cut-off saw, one air lifting bag set and one tripod winch system. Each item is specified and tested individually. Mixed sets are packed in individual cases and can be palletized together for consolidated shipping. We provide a unified packing list and documentation for the entire set. Mixed set configuration is confirmed per order specification.
Standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery date for hydraulic tools, electric tools and lifting equipment. Batteries and chargers carry a 6-month warranty. Consumable items (blades, seals, O-rings, carbon brushes, hoses) are not covered under warranty but are available as spare parts. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification or normal wear. Extended warranty is available for large team orders — terms confirmed per contract. We recommend following the maintenance schedule in the operation manual to maximize tool life.
